Grilled Salmon with Apple and Walnut Relish

Serves Four People

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Kiwi, diced
  • 2 pc Apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 pc Strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 4 pc Cherries, seeded
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely diced
  • 4 pc Salmon

Cooking Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and chill.

2. Grill the salmon or broil. Once cooked, top with the fruit salad and serve immediately.
