Serves Four People
Ingredients
- 1 pc Kiwi, diced
- 2 pc Apple, peeled and diced
- 2 pc Strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 4 pc Cherries, seeded
- ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Pineapple
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely diced
- 4 pc Salmon
Cooking Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and chill.
2. Grill the salmon or broil. Once cooked, top with the fruit salad and serve immediately.
