Ingredients (serves four people)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 pc Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chinese Broccoli
- ¼ cup Vegetable Broth
- 3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1. Heat the oil in a wok to medium high heat. Add the garlic and cook for twenty seconds, then add the broccoli. Cook for two to three minutes, then add the oyster sauce and vinegar. Cook for one minute then add the vegetable broth. Serve warm.
